(1)
Section 14—after subsection (10) insert:
(10a) If a
co-contribution is paid to the Board on behalf of a person who is a member of
the State Scheme but not, at the time of the payment, a member of the
Triple S scheme, the person becomes a member of the Triple S scheme by virtue
of this subsection when the payment is received by the Board.

Section 14(11)—after "subsection (10)" insert:

Section 14(11)—delete "that subsection" and substitute:
either of those subsections
