South Australian Numbered Regulations South Australian Numbered Regulations(1) The Commissioner may cause the whole or any part of unclaimed property, other than unclaimed money, that is in the custody of the Commissioner to be sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of at such time and in such manner as the Commissioner thinks fit.
(2) Unclaimed money in the custody of the Commissioner is to be dealt with in accordance with regulation 8.
