VETERINARY PRACTICE REGULATIONS 2005 (NO 202 OF 2005) - REG 9

9—Fees

The Board may fix—

            (a)         fees or charges for the purposes of the Act; and

            (b)         fees or charges for services provided by the Board in the exercise of its functions under the Act.
