Defamation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2021
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Defamation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement of Act
The Defamation (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2020
(No 41 of 2020) comes into operation on 1 July 2021.
