National Parks and Wildlife (Hincks Conservation Park)
Proclamation 2004
under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972
This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife
(Hincks Conservation Park) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Alteration of boundaries of
Hincks Conservation Park
The boundaries of the Hincks Conservation Park are altered by adding to the
Park the following Crown land:
Allotment 2 of DP 31955, Hundred of Peachna.
