National Parks and Wildlife (Mount Magnificent Conservation Park) Proclamation 2018

under section 29(3) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the National Parks and Wildlife (Mount Magnificent Conservation Park) Proclamation 2018.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Alteration of boundaries of Mount Magnificent Conservation Park

The boundaries of the Mount Magnificent Conservation Park are altered by adding to the Park the following Crown land:

Section 765, Hundred of Myponga, County of Hindmarsh;

Section 95, Hundred of Kondoparinga, County of Hindmarsh;

Section 931, Hundred of Kuitpo, County of Adelaide.
