Real Property (Electronic Conveyancing) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Real Property (Electronic Conveyancing) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Real Property (Electronic Conveyancing) Amendment Act 2016
(No 29 of 2016) will come into operation on 4 July 2016.
(2) The amendment to Schedule 1B, clause 9(7) of the Local Government Act 1999
made by Schedule 2 of the Act will come into operation immediately after section 7 of the Local Government (Building Upgrade Agreements) Amendment Act 2015
comes into operation.
