Statutes Amendment (Division of Superannuation Interests
under Family Law Act) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2003
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Division of
Superannuation Interests under Family Law Act) Act (Commencement) Proclamation
2003.
The Statutes Amendment (Division of Superannuation Interests under
Family Law Act) Act 2003 (No 49 of 2003) will come into operation on 18
December 2003.
