32—Protection for coroner and persons acting in pursuance of Act
No liability attaches to a coroner or any person acting in pursuance of this
Act for any act or omission by the coroner in good faith in the exercise or
purported exercise of powers under this Act, or in the discharge or purported
discharge of duties under this Act.
