This legislation has been repealed.
5—Property liable to forfeiture
Property is to be regarded as liable to forfeiture—
(a) if
the property is tainted property; or
(b)
if—
(i)
a forfeiture offence has been committed or there are
reasonable grounds to suspect the commission of a forfeiture offence; and
(ii)
there are reasonable grounds to suppose that the property
may be required to satisfy a present or future forfeiture order.
