This legislation has been repealed.

NURSES ACT 1999 - SECT 36

36—Illegal holding out as being registered

        (1)         A person who is not registered under this Act must not hold himself or herself out as being a registered nurse or permit another person to do so.

        (2)         A person must not hold out another as being a registered nurse unless the other person is registered under this Act.
