(1) No civil liability
arises from a statement made honestly and without malice in a report for the
purposes of this Part.
(2) A person who
(whether voluntarily or pursuant to a requirement of this Part) provides
information concerning a nurse to the Board or the Registrar for the purposes
of this Part cannot, by virtue of doing so, be held to have breached any code
of professional etiquette or ethics, or to have departed from any accepted
form of professional conduct.
