EDUCATION (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) BILL 2016 BILL 56 OF 2016

                Education (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2016

This Bill amends a number of Acts to reflect the Education Act 2016.

These are generally to replace references to the Education Act 1994 with references to
the Education Act 2016.

The following Acts will be amended:

Child Care Act 2001                          Office of Tasmanian Assessment, Standards
                                             and Certification Act 2003
Children, Young Persons and Their Families   Poisons Act 1971
Act 1997
Christ College Act 1926                      Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
                                             Act 2013
Fire Service Act 1979                        Teachers Registration Act 2000
Land Tax Act 2000                            Training and Workforce Development Act
                                             2013
