INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1984 - SECT 33
Power of Commission to make awards in respect of private sector employment
(1) The Commission may make an award in respect of –
(a) all or any private employees employed in an industry; or
(b) all or any private employees employed in an enterprise.
(2)

(3) The Commission, in making an award under this section, shall specify
the industry to which the award applies.
