(1) An employer of employees whose conditions of employment are affected by a registered enterprise agreement must cause a copy of the agreement to be displayed in a conspicuous place in all premises to which the agreement applies so as to be easily accessible to the employees in those premises.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.(2) Before an employer bound by a registered enterprise agreement engages the services of a person as an employee who will be bound by conditions of employment specified in a registered enterprise agreement, the employer must give the person notice of the existence of the agreement and access to a copy, or to an accurate (but simply expressed) summary, of the agreement.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
