FISHERIES (SHELLFISH) RULES 2017 - REG 32

Offence to engage in recreational fishing while fishing under commercial licences
A person must not, while fishing under a fishing licence (class shellfish), engage in any kind of recreational fishing.
Penalty:  Grade 2 penalty.
