JUSTICES RULES 2003 - REG 70

Formal record of conviction
It is not necessary to draw up a conviction, order or record of a decision, unless it –
(a) is required by a party to the proceedings for the purposes of an appeal against the decision; or
(b) is required for the purpose of a return to a writ of habeas corpus or an order to review under the Judicial Review Act 2000 from the Supreme Court.
