LEGAL PROFESSION REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 59
Prescribed form for law practice ceasing to be authorised to receive trust money or engage in legal practice
For the purposes of section 269(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed form of a
statutory declaration to be lodged by a law practice is Form 1 of
Schedule 1 .
