(1) An investigator who makes a record of evidence under regulation 10(d) must not, except as may be necessary to exercise a power or perform a function under these regulations, divulge that evidence or any part of it to any person other than (a) the person who provided the evidence; or(b) a court of inquiry in respect of the maritime incident; or(c) MAST.(2) A person to whom evidence is divulged under this regulation has the same rights and obligations as if the person were the investigator.
