ASBESTOS-RELATED DISEASES (OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE) COMPENSATION (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2011 (NO. 28 OF 2011) - SECT 22

Regulation 3 amended (Interpretation)

Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after subparagraph (ii) in paragraph (a) of the definition of compensable patient the following subparagraph:
(iia) the Asbestos-Related Diseases (Occupational Exposure) Compensation Act 2011 ; or
