Regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "pharmaceutical chemist" and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (1)(b) "chemist" and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (2) "pharmaceutical chemist" and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(d) by omitting from subregulation (2) "chemist" second occurring and substituting "pharmacist" ;

(e) by omitting from subregulation (2)(b) "chemist" and substituting "pharmacist" .
