LAND (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 23 OF 2021) - SECT 28
Section 15 amended (Withdrawal of application to bring land under Act)
Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "his"
and substituting "the applicant’s" ;
(b) by omitting "he" and
substituting "the Recorder" .
