LIQUOR AND ACCOMMODATION AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 24 OF 2004) - SECT 24

Section 219 amended (Service of documents)

Section 219 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (b)(ii) "licence" and substituting "liquor licence" ;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (c)(ii) "licence" and substituting "liquor licence" .
