LIQUOR AND ACCOMMODATION AMENDMENT ACT 2004 (NO. 24 OF 2004) - SECT 31
Section 3 amended (Interpretation)
Section 3(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting " Liquor and
Accommodation Act 1990 " from the definition of licensed premises and
substituting " Liquor Licensing Act 1990 " .
