Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subsection (2) the following paragraph after paragraph (d):

(da) a summary of the major strategies to be used in relation to its public health objectives, policies and programs;

(b) by inserting in subsection (3)(b) "and the Director of Public Health" after "Director" .
