(1) Subject to any other enactment, the making of an application to the Court for a review of a reviewable decision does not (a) affect the operation of the decision; or(b) prevent the taking of action to implement the decision.(2) Despite subsection (1) , the Court (a) may, by order, suspend the operation of the decision; and(b) may order a stay of any proceeding under the decision.(3) The Court may make the order (a) of the Court's own motion; or(b) on the application of the person who made the application for a review of the reviewable decision.
