(1) Except as provided otherwise in this section or any other enactment, a decision of the Court in respect of an application for review under this Act is final.(2) A party to a proceeding before the Court may appeal to the Supreme Court, on a question of law, from a decision of the Court in that proceeding.(3) An appeal by a person under subsection (2) is to be instituted (a) not later than 28 days after the day on which a document setting out the terms of the decision of the Court is given to the person or within such further time as the Supreme Court (whether before or after the expiration of that day) allows; and(b) subject to and in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court.(4) The Supreme Court is to hear and determine the appeal and may make such order as it thinks appropriate.
