If –

(a) a witness attendance notice has been issued to a person; and

(b) for any reason it is necessary to amend the day, time or place specified in the notice for the attendance before the Court of the person as a witness or the production of a document or other thing, or both –

a district registrar may issue an amended witness attendance notice to the person.
