MAGISTRATES COURT (CRIMINAL AND GENERAL DIVISION) ACT 2019 (NO. 43 OF 2019) - SECT 9
Establishment of Criminal and General Division
(1) There is established a division of the Magistrates Court to be known
as the Magistrates Court (Criminal and General Division).
(2) The jurisdiction conferred on the Court by this Act and any other
Act is to be exercised solely within the Criminal and General Division of the
Magistrates Court established by subsection (1) .
