Mental Health Act 2013

1.    Section 2 is amended by omitting "1 January 2014" and substituting "17 February 2014" .

Mental Health Amendment Act 2005

1.    Section 19(1) is amended by omitting "8 years and 6 months after the day on which this Act commences" and substituting "on the day on which all of the provisions of the Mental Health Act 2013 commence" .
