PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 2005 (NO. 37 OF 2005) - SECT 2
Commencement
(1) This Act commences on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.
(2) However, if this Act does not receive the Royal Assent before the
day on which the Principal Act commences, this Act is taken to have commenced,
immediately after the Principal Act, on that day.
