(1) If the Director of Public Health believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel an authority, the Director of Public Health must give the holder of the authority written notice stating the following:(a) the action that the Director of Public Health proposes taking under this Division;(b) the grounds for the proposed action;(c) an outline of the facts and circumstances forming the basis for the grounds;(d) if the proposed action is suspension of the authority, the proposed suspension period;(e) an invitation to the holder to show cause, within a period specified in the notice, why the proposed action should not be taken.(2) For the purposes of subsection (1)(e) , the period specified in the notice must not be less than 28 days commencing on the day the notice is given to the holder of the authority.
