(1)  As soon as practicable after the end of each financial year and not later than 1 November, the Director of Public Health is to give the Minister a written report on the operation of this Act during that financial year.

(2)  The report is to contain –

(a) any information required by the Minister; and

(b) any other information the Director of Public Health considers appropriate.

(3)  The Minister is to table a copy of the report in each House of Parliament.
