ROAD SAFETY (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 38 OF 2017) - SECT 7

Section 4 amended (Driving while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, &c., prohibited)

Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "vehicle" first occurring and substituting "vehicle, whether or not the vehicle is on a public street," ;
(b) by omitting "things" and substituting "substances" .
