Section 79 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in subsection (1)(b) "or electronic billboards" after "billboard" ;

(b) by inserting in subsection (1)(c)(iii) "or electronic billboards" after "billboard" ;

(c) by omitting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

(2)  An electronic billboard approval may be –

(a) given for more than one electronic billboard, if all electronic billboards relate to the same event; and

(b) given for any period or periods that the Commission determines; and

(c) amended, renewed, transferred or otherwise modified as the Commission determines.

(d) by omitting paragraph (a) from subsection (5) .
