TAXI AND LUXURY HIRE CAR INDUSTRIES AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 63 OF 2009) - SECT 8

Section 46 amended (Wheelchair-accessible taxi licence conditions)

Section 46(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting "that has been issued by the Commission" after "on a wheelchair-accessible taxi licence" ;
(b) by inserting "such" after "imposed on" .
