TASMANIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 188

Section 14 amended (Disclosure of National Law notification)

Section 14 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting subsections (1) and (2) ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (3) "Chairperson" and substituting "President" .
