TASMANIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 24

Section 103A amended (Commissioner and Tribunal members not required to give evidence in certain cases)

Section 103A of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "the chairperson and" ;
(b) by inserting "or in proceedings of the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act" after "Act" .
