TASMANIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 296 Section 26 amended (Attempts to resolve dispute to be made before hearing of application)

Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (3) "section 16A or 17 of the RMPAT Act," and substituting "Division 7 of Part 8 of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 ," ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (4) "section 16A or 17 of the RMPAT Act" and substituting "Division 7 of Part 8 of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 " .
