TASMANIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL (CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 64

Section 31 amended (Apprehension of defendant under supervision order)

Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subsection (6)(c) "Mental Health" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (7)(a) "Mental Health" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection (7)(b) "Mental Health" .
