A person must not, without lawful excuse, activate a security alarm installed in the reserved areas.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 0.5 penalty units.

(a) provide, under the Libraries Act 1984 , for the use of the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts; and

(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Allport Library and Museum of Fine Arts Regulations 2012 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
