Regulation 48(4) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "permit authority" first occurring and substituting "an authorised person" .

These regulations amend the Building Regulations 2004 by –

(a) revising the matters that a permit authority is to take into account when considering an application for a building permit; and

(b) making minor amendments of an administrative nature.
