Regulation 217(3) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting " Medical Examinations of Commercial Vehicle Drivers published by the Federal Office of Road Safety and the National Road Transport Commission" and substituting " Assessing Fitness to Drive for Commercial and Private Vehicle Drivers September 2003 published by Austroads Inc., as amended from time to time" .
