(1)  Unless otherwise approved, a natural person who lands abalone must not complete Part B of a commercial abalone dive docket as the holder of a fish processing licence or as an agent of that licence.

Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.

(2)  Unless otherwise approved, a natural person who lands rock lobster must not complete Part B of a commercial rock lobster quota docket as the holder of a fish processing licence.

Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.

(3)  Unless otherwise approved, a natural person who lands giant crab must not complete Part B of a commercial giant crab quota docket as the holder of a fish processing licence.

Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
