FISHERIES (PROCESSING AND HANDLING) RULES 2010 (S.R. 2010, NO. 137) - REG 6

Possession of abalone, rock lobster and giant crab at certain places
(1)  The holder of a fish processing licence must not, for commercial purposes, have possession of abalone at a place unless the licence specifies that –
(a) abalone may be processed at that place; or
(b) abalone may be held or stored at that place.
Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
(2)  The holder of a fish processing licence or handling licence must not, for commercial purposes, have possession of rock lobster at a place unless the licence specifies that –
(a) rock lobster may be processed at that place; or
(b) rock lobster may be held or stored at that place.
Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
(3)  The holder of a fish processing licence or handling licence must not, for commercial purposes, have possession of giant crab at a place unless the licence specifies that –
(a) giant crab may be processed at that place; or
(b) giant crab may be held or stored at that place.
Penalty:  Grade 3 penalty.
