Rule 118(2) of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) "in rule 122 that exceeds twice" and substituting "under rule 122 that exceeds 3 times" ;

(b) by inserting in paragraph (b) "one and a half times" after "exceeds" .
