GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2024 (S.R. 2024, NO. 39) - REG 8

Regulation 15 amended (Fees for examining statement of certain accounts)

Regulation 15(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Board" from the definition of relevant estate and substituting "Tribunal" .
