(1) An occupier of a specified building must submit a new or revised evacuation plan to the Chief Officer for approval (a) if there is (i) a change in the use of the building; or(ii) a change in the occupancy of the building; or(iii) any building work which renders the evacuation plan less effective; or(b) if there is no such change or building work, every 5 years.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 26 penalty units and, for a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 1 penalty unit for each day during which the offence continues.(2) Regulations 13 and 14 apply to a new evacuation plan drawn up under subregulation (1) .
