Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (b) :

(ba) Eastern gambusia ( Gambusia holbrooki );

(b) by omitting from paragraph (c) "paragraph (a) or (b)" and substituting " paragraph (a) , (b) or (ba) " ;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (d) "paragraph (a) or (b)" and substituting " paragraph (a) , (b) or (ba) " .

This order declares Eastern gambusia to be controlled fish to which Division 1 of Part 8 of the Inland Fisheries Act 1995 applies.
