JUSTICES RULES 2003 (S.R. 2003, NO. 184) - REG 6

Form and making of complaint
(1)  A complaint is to be in accordance with Form 1.
(2)  A complaint must be sworn before a justice.
(3)  Despite subrule (2) , a complaint made by a public officer –
(a) does not need to be sworn before a justice; and
(b) may be made by the public officer in the name of, and on behalf of –
(i) a person; or
(ii) the agency, Department or instrumentality in which the public officer is employed.
